1. How did you get the idea or concept for your business?
PH: The idea for the business came naturally through a combination of my background and passion. With a degree in business marketing and a lifelong fascination with aviation, I saw a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between accessibility and luxury in private air travel. I realized that many people were intrigued by the idea of flying private but assumed it was financially out of reach. By leveraging underutilized empty-leg flights and basing aircraft locally in key markets like 30A, we created a model that offers the convenience and comfort of private aviation at a much more accessible price point. It’s been incredibly rewarding to turn a personal passion into a business that reshapes how people think about flying private.
2. Let’s discuss numbers: What year did you open? How many locations do you have? How many people do you employ?
PH: [Opened] 2017 [to provide] global air charter solutions. [INVESEO AIR] has more than 10 employees.
3. What do you sell or what service do you provide? What’s your best seller?
PH: Aircraft charter, acquisitions and management.
4. What’s unique about what you do or offer?
PH: Charter aircraft based at KECP airport, along with daily empty legs to worldwide destinations out of the 30A area.
5. How would you describe your business to a potential customer?
PH: Connecting 30A globally with private jet charter.
6. What do you love most about your line of work?
PH: Working with unique individuals, organizations, athletes and musical artists.
7. What sorts of trends are you seeing in your industry?
PH: Increase in demand for private charter to make 30A more accessible without airline connections. Cutting travel time from 6 hours to 1 hour in many instances.
8. Tell me in just a sentence or two what you feel sets you apart from your competitors.
PH: As a fleet-backed brokerage with dedicated aircraft based at Southern Sky Aviation (KECP), we eliminate the added cost of positioning aircraft into the 30A area. Traditionally, clients often pay more for positioning legs than the actual trip itself, but our local presence removes that barrier, making short trips far more affordable.
Our Phenom program is ideal for same-day travel to SEC games, golf tournaments, or quick getaways to destinations like Miami, Nashville, Bahamas and beyond.
9. Who or what inspires you? This could be a family member or celebrity, a particular quote or even a book/movie/podcast. The sky’s the limit!
PH: Our diverse clientele of A-list celebrities that we work with on a daily basis, which has opened many doors for extremely unique experiences!
10. What’s the best thing about being a part of the Emerald Coast, personally and/or professionally?
PH: Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, this is a peaceful place to call home — offering a vibrant community of like-minded individuals and countless social and professional opportunities.
11. Are you/your business involved in the community in any way? Volunteering or giving back? If so, how?
PH: I lost my mother to ovarian cancer nine years ago, so [I’m] heavily involved in donating to any form of cancer research.
12. What does a typical day in your business look like? (Pretend it’s Monday (or Friday!) and take me through the highlights of your day.)
PH: This is a 24/7 industry. While a red-eye departs from Panama City Beach to Paris, another flight might simultaneously be en route from Los Angeles to Australia.
13. What’s your best “insider tip?” (This could be a community tip for vacationers or homeowners or even a tip for customers related to your business.)
PH: Keep an eye out for our low-cost empty legs! For example, [you] can fly from Atlanta to Panama City Beach for as low as $4,995 on a light jet that seats seven adults.
14. How do you recharge or relax when the day is done?
PH: Enjoying the amenities at Camp Creek.
