The “South Walton Realtor Of The Year” award was presented to Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty agent Richard Jabbour on Friday, December 4, 2021, by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.
Richard began his career in wealth management, spending nearly 12 years managing private equity accounts and mutual fund portfolios. By 1998, he had transitioned this experience to assist companies in establishing financial reporting policies and procedures and spent seven years in a corporate environment helping to implement investment and accounting measures. Today, he works closely with high-net-worth clients in Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Florida, communities in which he has personally owned, as well as nearby WaterColor.
The Jabbour Luxury Group helps buyers conclude dreams and reach their goals. As a builder and owner throughout the years, Richard is personally acquainted with the financial commitment that comes from owning along 30A. This experience has helped him ensure his clients get the best value for their money; many have opted to build rather than buy using that knowledge. For several years, he has spearheaded home tours for real estate agents working along the Emerald Coast.
“Our service has been to help organize new real estate agents and experienced real estate agents alike in coming together twice a month for the past three years to be friends and associates in the community and in this business first and foremost,” Richard said. “We help them all become acquainted with one another and appreciate one another and the homes in our market so we can all better serve one another and our clients.

Richard and Gayle reside in Seaside, Florida, full-time, where they enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and friends.
