After precise and measured success in the luxury markets of 30A in Florida and at the urging of his friend Robert Orr, Richard and Gayle visited Costa Rica in May of 2021 and purchased a home in Las Catalinas in Guanacaste Costa Rica.
That began the expansion of the Jabbour Luxury Group to its international perch. Now having represented several luxury homes, expanding the team and gathering the confidence of the market there to practice in a more precise and structured way, by the end of 2025 the Jabbour Luxury Group now has over $100,000,000 in exclusive luxury listings and has now executed over $18,000,000 in transactions and now beginning to grow to the annual rate fitting of our annual rate in Florida of over $100,000,000 in residential luxury sales.
Now approaching $750,000,000 in lifetime sales, Costa Rica will be the lynchpin in creating a global team executing over $150,000,000 in annual sales and soon reaching $1,000,000,000 in lifetime volume. We starting in the business after leaving private equity in 2016.

The Jabbour Luxury Group has its origins in Gayle Adams, an original homeowner in Rosemary Beach in 1996 at the beginning, and in Richard Jabbour, who came to Gulf Place in 2011. Through a common shared passion for creating great homes for making family memories, they met in 2014 and, in 2015, began working together to create their first home as a team.
