It remains a great home to this day owned by our friends now. It has proven to be a popular rental. Rental value in Old Seagrove is also solid for those seeking income.

The main amenity of Old Seagrove is its charm, but there are also more public beach walkovers per capita of homes in Old Seagrove than in any other area of 30a. Beach access and charm remains as the crowds here are never overwhelming.
