Richard Jabbour began his career in wealth management, spending nearly 12 years managing private equity accounts and mutual fund portfolios. By 1998, he had transitioned this experience to assisting companies in establishing financial reporting policies and procedures and spent seven years in a corporate environment helping to implement investment and accounting measures.

Gayle originally settled on Rosemary Beach in 1996 as an original owner. There remains familial interest in Rosemary to this day. We are uniquely positioned knowing and having lived the history.

Established in the 1940s, this vibrant area earned its name from the towering oaks, magnolias, and pines that form its natural canopy. C.H. McGee purchased Seagrove 1st Addition from the original owner and then proceeded to create the rest of Old Seagrove cementing the legend of this area. Now protected with a neighborhood plan, the future is more secure.

The Jabbour Luxury Group has its origins in Gayle Adams, an original homeowner in Rosemary Beach in 1996 at the beginning, and in Richard Jabbour, who came to Gulf Place in 2011. Through a common shared passion for creating great homes for making family memories, they met in 2014 and, in 2015, began working together to create their first home as a team.
